The Brudenell is a privately owned hotel, situated in a wonderful seaside setting, just a pebble’s throw from Aldeburgh’s shingle beach. Following a complete refurbishment, it has been awarded AA 4 stars and a merit score of 85%.  Our bedrooms, which have sea or countryside views, have been completely transformed and are distinctly decorated, incorporating vibrant colours so often associated with Aldeburgh and Suffolk.

Dining at the Brudenell is not pretentious, nor is it extravagant. Our relaxed and informal AA two rosette restaurant provides a wonderful setting for a variety of occasions… and special occasions. Our menus are the inspiration of our head chef, Justin Kett, who has a veritable passion for using the very best ingredients that he can find to produce simple dishes that ooze unadulterated flavours.
