| An informative farm walk at an organic farm with many rare-breed animals. Amanda and Nigel Barham have developed a sustainable organic farm at Heath Farm, Wenhaston with the aim to reconnect people with where their food comes by selling direct to the public. They specialise in rare breeds Tamworth pigs, Norfolk Horn Sheep and Suffolk Red Poll cattle, which are well suited to the local conditions and provide a soft, full-flavoured meat. Certified by the Soil Association, they have a small butchery and shop on their farm where they sell their own sausages, home-cured bacon and other cuts of meat.
