This is a seasonal cookery workshop, aimed at the enthusiastic amateur. We shall be using the best of local ingredients from producers throughout East Anglia, I'll be hosting this event at my kitchens at St Joseph's College in Ipswich.
Informative, and enjoyable. Ladies and gentlemen are all welcome for this relaxed cookery workshop.
