An appetite for change: Eating wisely and well

The fourth Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival Conference took place on Friday 28 September and was attended by over 130 delegates from a range of backgrounds and with a variety of interests, both professional and personal. It was a stunning success, with inspiring talks and lively discussions which continued well after the conference had finished.
