Heal your Gut is a practical cooking workshop. The day gives details of a 4-step strategy to reclaim your gut health and includes cooking demonstrations and techniques by your host, Trish Dent. We'll also be cooking a gut-healing lunch together. Full instructions and recipes will be given as a comprehensive handout during the day. Gut health is the secret behind good health. A further optional day in November focuses in fermenting foods for your health.
