Brand new: The Adnams Gin Experience in association with Fever Tree

We're thrilled to announce a brand new area at this year's Festival. Hosted by our main sponsors, Adnams, the ADNAMS GIN EXPERIENCE throughout the weekend.

A chance for visitors to learn more about– and of course taste - Adnams Award Winning handcrafted Suffolk spirits including the Copper House Gin which was recently awarded the World Gin Challenge Trophy.

Expert mixologists from Fever Tree makers of premium drinks mixers will be on hand to provide tips and tastes and show you how to mix your Adnams spirits. And Adnams own Head Distiller John Macarthy, will be on hand to talk about how the gin is distilled in Southwold using the ‘London Dry Gin’ method, where the botanicals are added directly to the spirit in the copper pot still. You'll learn about the botanicals that give the gin it's award winning flavour - juniper berries, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom, sweet orange peel and hibiscus flower.

This is a free drop in workshop running all weekend in the Hoffman Building!
